About the Role

Scarpel Telecom is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to lead our lead acquisition and nurturing strategy. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to fill the sales pipeline with high-quality, qualified leads that drive revenue growth. We are focused on creating better ways for governments to have a relationship with their community.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a comprehensive, data-driven demand generation strategy aligned with sales goals.
  • Track key performance indicators including Marketing Qualified Leads, Sales Qualified Leads, Cost Per Lead, and Marketing Sourced Revenue.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, utilizing A/B testing to drive improvement.
  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated campaigns across Paid Digital Marketing, Content Syndication, Webinars, Events, and Email Marketing.
  • Design, build, and optimize lead nurturing programs using HubSpot to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate to define and refine the Lead Scoring model for consistent qualification.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations Lead to segment and define audiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a dedicated Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Campaign Management role, preferably in a B2G or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of designing, launching, and managing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
  • Proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms; experience with HubSpot is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the sales funnel, lead scoring, and lead nurturing best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling integrated SEO and SEM programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva or other design software for end-to-end creation of marketing assets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to the Public Sector or municipal/government organizations.

You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, and Marketing Operations leader, and report directly to the Director of Marketing.
