Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels—including paid media, content distribution, email workflows, webinars, and account-based marketing—to consistently produce high-quality leads and revenue pipeline.
- Manage performance marketing platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting networks, and content amplification channels, with ongoing optimization for return on investment and speed of pipeline development.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to design and scale account-based marketing initiatives that target and convert high-value prospects.
- Advance organic traffic growth by delivering measurable improvements in SEO and Answer Engine Optimization, ensuring visibility in both traditional search engines and AI-driven answer platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
- Develop and maintain detailed reporting dashboards that track key metrics including campaign performance, lead conversion rates, event effectiveness, SEO/AEO rankings, and marketing’s overall impact on revenue.
- Partner with product marketing to align messaging, refine positioning, co-develop content, and ensure campaign relevance for technical audiences including platform engineers, AI/ML practitioners, and enterprise infrastructure decision-makers.
- Operate as a hands-on, metrics-focused builder—constantly testing, measuring, and refining strategies to scale efficiently within a lean startup environment.
- Spearhead the integration of AI tools such as Claude, Grok, and ChatGPT across marketing functions to enhance top-funnel acquisition and improve conversion efficiency.

- Deliver regular, data-backed insights and strategic recommendations to marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams.
