Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, including campaign configuration, audience selection, budget management, and ad creative rotation
- Regularly review and enhance campaign performance to improve customer acquisition cost, cost per lead, and return on ad spend; provide insights and suggestions to the marketing leadership
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports on key funnel metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost per lead, marketing qualified leads, and lead-to-sales qualified lead conversion rates
- Keep up with evolving digital advertising standards, platform developments, and industry benchmarks to maintain competitive and effective marketing initiatives
- Take full responsibility for planning and executing smaller-scale events, including logistics, scheduling, and deliverables; assist with larger tier-1 and tier-2 events as needed
- Organize promotional activities before events, including email outreach, social media content, and paid promotions; manage event calendars and documentation in Asana and Google Drive
- Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to establish follow-up procedures for event-generated leads and ensure proper tracking and attribution in the CRM system
- Measure and analyze event return on investment, including leads collected, meetings scheduled, pipeline impact, and cost per lead by event
