Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute ABBYY Ascend, 3rd party events, industry tradeshows, and webinars, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Manage all event logistics, vendor coordination, speaker coordination, platform setup, post-event follow-up and on-site/off-site support to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with broader marketing objectives.
- Track and analyze webinar performance to optimize future sessions.
- Support end-to-end execution of integrated email campaigns, including creating internal campaign briefs, content creation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact campaign assets that are compelling, on-brand, and tailored to the unique needs of the APAC audience.
- Develop clear and concise campaign briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate tracking of marketing expenses, adhering to internal financial processes and timelines.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure budget alignment and resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and events, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Use data-driven approaches to optimize marketing efforts and achieve demand generation goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including revenue, marketing operations, product marketing and external agencies to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation, event marketing, or a related marketing role, preferably within the IT or software industry.
- Proven track record of managing events, campaigns, and webinars end-to-end.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Salesforce, Zoom, Jasper & Hubspot).
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality work.
