Responsibilities
- Manage the complete delivery lifecycle of digital systems at mining and industrial customer locations
- Organize, timeline, and oversee the rollout of edge computing devices, IoT infrastructure, and cloud-integrated platforms
- Assist with on-site setup, system configuration, and performance validation in active operational settings
- Track key delivery phases, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed
- Coordinate collaboration among engineering, product, operations, and third-party vendors
- Keep updated records such as project schedules, progress reports, and technical transition documents
- Provide continuous support through training, issue resolution, and technical guidance for implemented systems
- Help build and refine delivery methodologies, oversight processes, and improvement strategies
