Liatrio is hiring a Delivery Principal

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements, ensuring contractual commitments are met with consistent quality and a positive client experience.
  • Collaborate with clients to shape engagement direction, including discovery, value stream analysis, bottleneck identification, and jointly designing delivery strategies.
  • Help define and refine the strategic direction of engagements in partnership with account leads, architects, and client leaders to align with business and AI transformation objectives.
  • Promote and implement AI-first practices across engineering workflows, delivery pipelines, and client operations, demonstrating practical applications of AI-native work models.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by guiding clients on best practices, organizational change, and delivery strategy, removing obstacles and advocating for effective solutions.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, managing communication and expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Deliver regular weekly and monthly updates, executive summaries, and stakeholder check-ins to proactively communicate progress, risks, and status.
  • Apply and advance the company’s delivery methodology, including the LIFT framework and health monitoring tools such as RAID logs, CSAT/NPS cycles, and performance signals in Liatrio Lens.
  • Ensure accuracy in statements of work, resource planning, and billing processes.
  • Support business growth by contributing delivery insights during sales cycles, identifying expansion opportunities, and co-developing SOWs with account teams.
  • Foster a culture of delivery excellence through recognition, feedback, retrospectives, and team rituals that build trust over time.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of 4 to 8 members, including engineers and technical leads, with accountability for team performance, morale, and well-being.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide ongoing feedback, and manage formal review cycles focused on meaningful professional development.
  • Intervene early when team members face challenges, balancing project demands with individual capacity and sustainability.
  • Assess team skills and align them with client needs, advising on hiring, onboarding, and rotation to maintain team health and prevent burnout.
  • Use insights from engagements to develop reusable tools, accelerators, and intellectual property for future projects.
  • Influence the organization’s approach to delivery excellence and AI-driven transformation through active participation and thought leadership.
  • Engage beyond individual projects by contributing to the Delivery Leader community, mentoring peers, supporting onboarding, and enhancing internal content and products.
