LVT is hiring a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst to enhance workforce performance and business agility. In this role, you will design and manage employee data processes to boost productivity, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
What You'll Do
- Perform analysis to solve increasingly complex operational problems.
- Interact primarily with internal peers, with some interaction with clients and management.
- Make decisions that impact your own work and may influence the work of others.
- Act as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort or team.
- Work in rotational shifts as required by business needs.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in any field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Ability to work with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments.
