The Business Analyst plays a key role in aligning digital capabilities with strategic business objectives. Working closely with stakeholders across departments and regions, this position translates operational needs into clear functional and technical requirements, ensuring solutions support both day-to-day activities and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business leaders and functional teams to identify, document, and assess current processes and system requirements.
- Transform business insights into detailed specifications that guide solution development and integration.
- Conduct gap analyses to uncover inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements using structured methodologies.
- Collaborate with regional and global Digital & Technology (D&T) teams to shape end-to-end solutions that meet functional, security, and compliance standards.
- Support innovation initiatives by evaluating financial impact through cost-benefit assessments and ROI modeling.
- Ensure local designs comply with global architecture principles and organizational policies, coordinating validation across technology and business units.
- Coordinate delivery dependencies across internal teams, external partners, and vendor resources under the guidance of the D&T Lead.
- Assist in managing budgets and vendor engagements for locally driven projects, maintaining adherence to information security and ISMA frameworks.
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should bring at least four to five years of experience in business analysis within a multinational or matrixed environment, with exposure to both local implementation and global governance.
Professional credentials in project management, data analysis, or digital technologies are beneficial. Experience across IT project delivery, service improvement, consultancy, and software development strengthens suitability for the role. Demonstrated involvement in digital transformation initiatives within complex organizations is highly valued.
