About the Role

Join Glovo’s Partner Acquisition HQ team at Delivery Hero to drive global growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. As a Senior Business Analyst - Revenue, you will be responsible for Partner Performance in the first 30 days, ensuring newly onboarded partners successfully activate, reach first orders quickly, and achieve operational excellence from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Partner Performance KPIs across markets, ensuring consistent execution of partner onboarding, order activation, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with 22 local teams on the go-to-market of different initiatives, tools, and frameworks.
  • Design and track KPIs for partner performance in the first 30 days, including uptime, time to first order, cancellations, and first 15 orders.
  • Build automated workflows and dashboards to flag and follow up on partners at risk.
  • Support sales, content, and account managers in ensuring new partners go live and stay active.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy & operations, consulting, or revenue management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to manipulate data using SQL, Excel/Sheets, and Looker to generate actionable insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Strong project management skills – able to run multi-country rollouts and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data and processes into simple actions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scalability, process improvement, and automation.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in tech, marketplaces, or fintech is a plus.
