Glovo is hiring a Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst in the Partner Acquisition HQ team, you will play a key role in shaping the early success of new partners. Your focus will be on the first 30 days of performance, driving improvements through data analysis, process optimization, and scalable automation.

What You'll Do

  • Define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators for partner activation and early-stage operations across global markets.
  • Collaborate with 22 regional teams to roll out tools, frameworks, and go-to-market initiatives that enhance onboarding efficiency.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and automated workflows to identify underperforming partners and trigger timely interventions.
  • Support sales and account management teams by providing insights and systems that improve time-to-first-order and reduce early churn.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable steps for stakeholders across functions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in business analysis, revenue management, operations, or consulting.
  • Proficiency with SQL, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools like Looker to extract, analyze, and present insights.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with a talent for simplifying technical findings for diverse audiences.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset focused on building scalable solutions and improving processes.

Preferred Background

Experience in technology platforms, digital marketplaces, or fintech is a plus. Familiarity with high-growth, data-intensive environments will help you succeed in this role.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely two days per week. You’ll also have the option to work from any location for up to three weeks annually, supporting a sustainable work-life balance.
