Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement public sector reforms
- Develop and track performance indicators for program delivery
- Engage with senior government stakeholders to align objectives
- Design and manage implementation plans for policy initiatives
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to maintain momentum
- Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions in real time
- Ensure delivery frameworks are consistently applied
- Provide regular updates to leadership on program status
- Support capacity building within government teams
- Maintain focus on citizen-centric outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years in management or delivery roles
- Proven experience in government or public sector projects
- Strong project and program management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels
- Fluency in English is required
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern governance context
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Track record of delivering results in complex environments
