dLocal is hiring a Delivery Insights & Knowledge Manager to own and evolve our knowledge management framework. You will be instrumental in creating a centralized source of truth that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of our global delivery teams.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for the delivery organization
- Develop and implement processes for knowledge capture, validation, and dissemination
- Analyze delivery data and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure knowledge assets are accurate and actionable
- Create training materials and resources to enable team members
- Establish metrics to measure the impact and adoption of knowledge resources
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, process improvement, or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and implementing knowledge management systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly formats
- Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain.
