Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and team members to handle orders via phone and in-person requests
- Take and manage incoming phone orders accurately
- Input order details using computer systems with keyboard or touchscreen interface
- Use and maintain all required workplace equipment
- Move and restock supplies from delivery points to storage, workstations, and refrigerated areas
- Assemble and prepare food items according to standards
- Perform daily cleaning of workspaces and equipment
- Transport orders by vehicle and hand-deliver to customers' doors
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers and door hangers
- Traverse challenging delivery locations, including multi-level buildings, residences, and varied terrain while carrying orders
