As a Delivery Consultant, you'll be central to shaping the candidate journey within the finance recruitment space. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and connecting with skilled professionals through detailed market analysis and targeted outreach. You’ll conduct video interviews, assess candidate suitability, and ensure each individual is well-prepared and informed at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive talent research and sector mapping to build strong candidate pipelines
- Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with potential candidates via phone and email
- Carry out video interviews using platforms like Zoom or Teams to evaluate experience and fit
- Guide candidates through each phase of the process, offering feedback and preparation support
- Keep internal systems updated with accurate candidate information and progress notes
- Work closely with consulting teams to deliver shortlists that meet client expectations
- Support improvements in delivery workflows, including the use of automation and best practices
- Champion a respectful, transparent, and professional candidate experience at all times
