About the Role

RTM Business Group is hiring a Delegate Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will build relationships with C-Level and other senior executives, using various sales techniques to drive attendance for our professional development events.

What You'll Do

  • Engage executives through personalized email marketing, social selling on platforms like LinkedIn, phone calls, and direct pitches.
  • Discover client pain points to identify how our programs can help, with the goal of generating event attendees.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for executives for questions, scheduling, and event coordination.
  • Travel nationally for up to 6 events per year, with each event lasting 4-5 days.
  • Create, monitor, and manage tasks within our CRM, Airtable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce event collateral, materials, and follow-up communications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of individuals and organizations.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for events.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Professional and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for professional learning and development.
  • Self-starter mentality, extreme organization, and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Skill in balancing and prioritizing multiple deadlines.
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Competency with technology and ability to learn new software applications.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Airtable.
  • A background in Sales, Customer Success, or B2B events.

  • Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 base salary plus bonuses, incentives, and uncapped commission.
