MSX International is hiring a Dealer Operations Specialist to partner with dealerships to grow fixed operations profitability and increase customer retention through exceptional service experiences. In this role, you will leverage data and consulting to help dealers achieve sales objectives and improve their service operations.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with approximately 30-40 assigned dealers, dealer operators, managers, and regional teams to achieve common goals.
- Evaluate the dealership’s service customer experience using data and observations to assist in continuous improvements and problem resolution.
- Work with the dealership and digital district manager to analyze marketing and merchandising plans against OEM brand direction and market trends.
- Achieve sales objectives for the district by consulting with dealerships on growing their fixed operations and maximizing the OEM Parts program.
- Thoroughly prepare for each remote standardized dealer contact by identifying dealer priorities, reviewing reports, and preparing agendas and presentations.

Nice to Have
- A college degree (or currently working toward one).
- Background in teaching, training, or coaching.
- Experience working in fast-paced, independent roles where you set the tone for success.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Previous automotive or equivalent experience, knowledge of automotive Parts and Service Systems, or knowledge of the dealer operating report and fixed analysis tools.
