About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Dealer Development Specialist to play a key field-based role supporting, training, and growing powersports dealership relationships across a dynamic territory. You will serve as the essential liaison between our brand and our dealers, ensuring partners are fully equipped to sell and represent our leading wireless communication solution.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct regular visits to powersports dealers across your assigned region to assess support needs and promote sales growth.
  • Deliver engaging training to dealership staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
  • Ensure all dealerships are stocked with appropriate marketing materials and visual merchandising.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and sales teams, serving as their go-to support resource.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and rallies to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor intelligence, providing actionable insights to internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed reports on dealership visits, sales performance, training effectiveness, and promotional inventory.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in the powersports industry.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship management and customer service within a sales or dealer support context.
  • Self-driven with excellent time management, able to thrive independently while working remotely.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 80%) and holding a valid driver’s license.
  • Organized and efficient with accurate documentation and reporting skills.

Nice to Have

  • Strong background in dirt bikes considered a major advantage.
  • Familiarity with communication systems or related technical products.
