About the Role
This position is responsible for reviewing, structuring, and finalizing sales deals in coordination with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate sales quotations before customer submission
- Collaborate with sales representatives to clarify deal terms and pricing
- Ensure compliance with internal pricing guidelines and approval workflows
- Prepare and generate deal summaries for internal stakeholders
- Identify risks in proposed deals and escalate when necessary
- Support contract documentation and approval processes
- Track and report on deal desk performance metrics
- Assist in resolving deal-related discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of deal terms and modifications
- Work closely with finance to confirm revenue recognition rules
- Provide timely responses to sales team inquiries
- Ensure consistent application of commercial policies
- Monitor deal pipelines for potential bottlenecks
- Assist in onboarding new sales team members to deal processes
- Support system updates and process improvements
- Facilitate communication between sales and back-office functions
- Manage high-volume deal processing with attention to detail
- Track changes in product licensing and pricing models
- Assist in audit preparation related to deal documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and deal information
