ABOUT THIS ROLE We are recruiting an ambitious Data Strategy Intern to enhance our operational capabilities. The selected candidate will be crucial in refining workflows, conducting data analysis, and facilitating team efficiency. This position offers a comprehensive experience integrating strategy development, data exploration, and client implementation support—providing hands-on exposure to large-scale project execution. Candidates must commit to a 10-week hybrid internship, working 40 hours weekly during our summer program. Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis and Research: Investigate industry dynamics, potential clients, prospects, and competitive landscapes - Project Management: Facilitate revenue operations initiatives, tracking client financial metrics, optimizing vendor processes, and identifying potential cost and revenue improvements - Process Documentation: Collaborate across departments to develop internal and external policy frameworks - Process Creation, Optimization, and Automation: Design efficiency-driven operational strategies - Collaboration: Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Relationship Management, and Solutions teams Education and Experience: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Math, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, MIS, Information Technology, or related field - Senior standing, May 2027 graduate - Demonstrated analytical proficiency and meticulous attention to detail - SQL familiarity - Basic understanding of platform services and metrics development preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strategic problem-solving capabilities - Proven independent work and leadership track record - Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for deep investigation - Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills - Effective multitasking and prioritization in dynamic environments - General interest in Fintech Preferred Skills: - Claude Agentic AI experience - System Design knowledge - Database Structure understanding Work Environment: - Office-based internship - Hybrid schedule in Austin, TX or Dallas, TX Salary: - $25 per hour OUR REWARDS We provide a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage, competitive PTO, 401k matching, parental leave, HSA contributions, Calm app subscription, and extensive learning reimbursement.
