RemoteVA PH is hiring a bilingual Data Researcher to identify and profile potential donors. You will be instrumental in gathering comprehensive background information that enables our team to make informed and personalized outreach efforts.
What You'll Do
- Conduct online research to collect publicly available data on potential donors
- Compile accurate contact details including phone numbers, email addresses, and social media profiles
- Investigate business affiliations, philanthropic history, and other relevant background information
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, online directories, government databases, search engines, and AI tools
- Organize findings into structured reports for internal use
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the research process
What We're Looking For
- Expert in online research and internet navigation
- Tech-savvy with strong familiarity using search engines, databases, and AI tools
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and thorough in documentation
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
- Minimum 10 years of relevant research or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online research platforms
Nice to Have
- French proficiency is a strong asset
- Experience in donor research, fundraising, or nonprofit sectors is a plus
