What You'll Do
Conduct in-depth analysis using syndicated and shipment data to assess performance and forecast trends specific to the club channel. Deliver clear, actionable insights on consumption, volume shifts, and sales drivers to guide strategic decisions. Support the sales team with accurate revenue and volume projections, ensuring timely and reliable reporting.
Oversee the full lifecycle of customer plans, including AFS setup, trade spend tracking, contract documentation, and reconciliation. Serve as a key liaison with the deductions team to resolve discrepancies efficiently. Input promotional data into AFS based on guidance from the Regional Account Manager and maintain accurate accrual records for off-invoice spending.
Generate regular reports on sales volume and trade spend performance. Coordinate field agent activities, manage retail audits, and evaluate competitive dynamics to inform pricing and promotional strategies. Monitor retail metrics to assess value and market positioning.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with foundational knowledge of AC Nielsen data systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary, as is experience with project coordination. Familiarity with AFS, RAM, and shipment data platforms is important for success in this role. The ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly is critical.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a consumer packaged goods or food manufacturing environment, particularly within the club retail channel, is highly valued.
