Responsibilities
- Analyze data through team collaboration and one-on-one support for departmental needs
- Deliver monthly updates of critical performance indicators, with additional reports as required
- Standardize analytical methods across global teams to ensure consistency
- Supply cost of quality metrics for use in divisional reporting and analysis
- Generate monthly performance summaries with a global perspective
- Create trend analyses specific to division-level performance over time
- Develop and maintain documentation tailored to division requirements
- Gather, structure, interpret, and visualize data, produce reports, and keep records current
- Upload and manage division documentation on the SharePoint platform
- Maintain access to the division's change management system via SharePoint
- Store and update technical files in centralized document repositories
- Enhance and support processes for document review and revision approvals
- Process and manage data sets, including handling of image-based data
- Review and verify compliance of relevant documentation through audits
- Establish timelines, communicate schedules, and track progress for assigned projects

Remote — Wilmington, NC

- Duration: 6+ MONTHS
- Schedule: Can be part-time or full-time, 20-40 hours
- Days and start/stop times during the day are flexible but around the core time of 6am-6pm
- This position has potential to go longer term for the right candidate
