Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage ETL workflows to transfer data from outdated systems to modern platforms.
- Analyze and model data structures as needed, using data tools to assess content and format for migration projects.
- Create, optimize, and maintain SQL and PLSQL code, with a preference for Oracle environments, to support data transfer and consolidation.
- Ensure high data quality by implementing frameworks that maintain accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and system integrity.
- Work closely with migration and benefits specialists to uphold standards in data transfer quality and reliability.
- Interact directly with end users to understand their requirements and address concerns about migration progress.
- Deliver actionable solutions and responses to client-reported issues following test migrations.
- Produce thorough documentation covering data flow processes, field mappings, and validation procedures.
