Construction & Property Group is hiring a precise Data Entry Specialist with hands-on Tech Pack experience. In this role, you will ensure product information is accurately documented and communicated, directly supporting our design, production, and sourcing teams to drive efficiency and quality.
What You'll Do
- Enter, update, and maintain product data in company systems with a focus on Tech Pack documentation.
- Review and verify the accuracy of measurements, materials, trims, colors, and construction details.
- Collaborate with designers and product developers to ensure Tech Packs are complete and up to date.
- Track revisions and maintain version control for all product documentation.
- Generate reports and summaries for cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in data entry with exposure to Tech Packs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or PLM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of garment construction and production processes.
- Experience working with international suppliers or manufacturers.
