Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain product data in company systems with a focus on Tech Pack documentation.
- Review and verify accuracy of measurements, materials, trims, colors, and construction details.
- Collaborate with designers and product developers to ensure Tech Packs are complete and up to date.
- Track revisions and maintain version control of all product documentation.
- Generate reports and summaries for cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry with exposure to Tech Packs (fashion, apparel, or manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or PLM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of garment construction and production processes.
- Experience working with international suppliers or manufacturers.
