Blueflame AI / Datasite is looking for a Data Entry Associate fluent in both Spanish and English. This night shift, remote role focuses on a specialized project for post-migration validation, ensuring the accurate and complete transition of data between systems through rigorous quality checks.
What You'll Do
- Review and verify migrated files, user information, and configuration settings for completeness and compliance.
- Cross-check data against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Perform routine audits and report findings to the migration team for resolution.
- Generate and maintain detailed validation logs and checklists.
- Document data quality issues, trends, and root causes.
- Perform ad-hoc, project-specific quality checks as needed.
- Enter and update data into internal databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure timely completion of all data entry tasks according to established deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of data entry experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, or similar data tracking tools.
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice to Have
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
