Requirements
- High school graduate or possess an equivalent credential
- Capable of working assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules as required
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, with clear documentation and effective issue escalation abilities
Nice to Have
- Completion of technical training programs or holding relevant certifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in data center operations, structured cabling, telecommunications, IT support, or similar areas
- Hands-on experience with copper and fiber optic cabling, patch panels, cross-connects, and cable testing equipment
- Knowledge of remote hands services, ticketing systems, technical documentation standards, and customer support in technical settings
- Fundamental knowledge of data center floor layouts, physical network structures, and interconnection ecosystems
Work Arrangement
On-site — Denver, Colorado
Shifts
First shift schedule: Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Participation in On-Call Support
Engagement in rotating 24x7 on-call coverage and adaptable scheduling as operational needs arise
