Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Data and Analytics Specialist to shape how our growing agency leverages data, automation, and AI to drive meaningful change. In this remote role, you will manage daily data operations, support reporting workflows, and pilot next-generation solutions that improve both internal and client-facing systems.
What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end dashboard management for internal teams and clients using tools like Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
- Extract, clean, and organize performance data from platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and fundraising tools.
- Maintain and improve the agency’s data infrastructure, documentation, and QA practices.
- Support cross-functional teams with campaign reporting, UTM tracking, and audience insights.
- Collaborate on data innovation projects, including automation and AI-enhanced reporting solutions.
- Contribute to the development of standardized analytics processes and support experimentation with tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Zapier.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or reporting.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including advanced formulas and logic functions.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and data extraction from marketing platforms.
- Interest in or experience with AI tools and their use in workflow automation and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, QA, and communication skills—able to translate data into actionable insights.
Nice to Have
- Agency or nonprofit background is a plus.
- Bonus skills (or willingness to learn): data warehouses (BigQuery), Coefficient, Supermetrics, Google Tag Manager, SQL, or data scripting.
