Auris Demo (Prod) is hiring a Data Analyst to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you'll work collaboratively to assist clients with daily living, community integration, and record-keeping.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide transportation to appointments and other activities as needed
- Participate in recreational activities with clients, including outings and community events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a direct support professional or in a similar role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Nice to Have
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
