Intermountain Health is hiring a Senior Technical Data Analyst to initiate and deploy data analytics supporting Pharmacy Services and related reporting needs. In this role, you'll contribute to strategic initiatives, clinical standards, and operational goals by providing data insights and collaborating with business and clinical leaders.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with pharmacy leaders to develop, implement, maintain, and update internal and external reporting.
- Provide strategic analytics that improve medication safety, quality, and stewardship.
- Deliver advanced analytic support for management-level leadership in business or clinical areas.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer data and the business/clinical operations you support.
- Fulfill complex customer requests through data exploration, report development, and visual storytelling.
- Independently provide project updates and communicate analytic findings to customers.
- Lead analytic work demonstrations and hands-on training to promote understanding and independent consumption of your work.
- Enhance your technical skillset through individual learning and participation in community educational offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.

- Proven experience in providing mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.
- Advanced knowledge of Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management philosophies, capable of applying them to data analytic projects to ensure business alignment and efficient execution.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in an analytics-related field (statistics, mathematics, information systems, computer science, finance, business management, or economics) and four years of relevant data analysis experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in another area of study with six years of relevant work experience performing data analysis.
- Experience without a related degree considered with a robust skill set.
- Epic experience and certification strongly preferred.
