Continued is hiring a Data Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you will focus on process optimization, business intelligence, and KPI tracking to empower colleagues across marketing, product, finance, and operations. You’ll work closely with data engineers to turn data into actionable insights.

What You'll Do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; present findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
• Measure and report on key marketing, sales, product, and operational metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and engagement levels.
• Design and implement automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in marketing, sales, and product analytics.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular audits and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Excellent data analysis abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a remote-first, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Consultative problem-solving approach and strategic thinking about how to use data to improve key business metrics.
• Curiosity, perseverance, and a love of learning.
• Ability to work a full-time W2 position on core U.S. business hours.
• Must be located in the United States and be legally eligible to work for us.
• Willingness to travel for company and team meetings occasionally, and provide after-hours emergency support less than four times per year.

Nice to Have

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Segment, HubSpot, Marketo) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pendo).
• Experience with dbt.

The Data team is responsible for the full data lifecycle at LaCalle Group, including Data Engineering, Pipeline Management, Database Administration, Data Analytics, Reporting, and Insights.
