Oddball is looking for a Data Analyst to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines that enable effective use of enterprise data. You'll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and data stewards to deliver reliable datasets and models that support analytics, reporting, and decision-making across federal healthcare programs.
What You'll Do
- Support enterprise intelligence and data solutions by analyzing, curating, and transforming complex datasets to enable informed decision-making.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights, dashboards, and analytical outputs that support mission outcomes.
- Contribute to data quality efforts and assist with integration validation.
- Help ensure data products are reliable, usable, and aligned with operational needs across Military Health and related federal domains.
What We're Looking For
- Experience analyzing large, complex datasets in enterprise or government environments.
- Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and analytical best practices.
- Ability to translate business or mission questions into data-driven insights.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, data architects, and stakeholders.
- Comfort working across multiple data sources, systems, or domains.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to machine learning pipelines or advanced analytics integration.
- Prior experience supporting DHA or other federal healthcare programs.
