McKesson is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis responsibilities and support our Plasma & Biologics product line. This individual will have a key role in managing and improving the analytical standards for reporting and modeling KPIs within this critical business area.
What You'll Do
- Lead month-end close and forecasting activities, including production of management reports and variance analysis to provide insight on results.
- Drive the development of the annual budget and long-term plan.
- Work with key partners to understand market dynamics and build financial models.
- Influence stakeholders with data-driven insights and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of accounting, finance, financial analytics, or similar experience.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative skills.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with PowerBI or a similar data visualization suite.
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated process improvement skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter; ability to initiate and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to navigate complex issues, interpret financial data, and transform it into recommendations for senior leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- MBA or CPA.
- Prior FP&A experience.
- Experience with SAP, COPA, or BPC.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Snowflake.

- Annual compensation range: $79,600 - $132,600 USD.
