Globe Life is looking for a Data Analyst I to own the reporting and analysis of sales data used by Sales Management and Agency personnel. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in providing accurate metrics that drive business decisions at our mission-driven company.
What You'll Do
- Prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly reporting for the LND Sales Division.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Tableau to develop key sales metric reporting.
- Focus on and maintain data accuracy across all reports.
- Keep report and process documentation updated.
- Audit applications for details that may have an adverse impact on the company.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather information and log findings.
- Present results and be able to answer questions with assistance.
- Audit other teammates' reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze business processes and operations to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years’ work experience OR 2-3+ years’ work experience.
- Experience working in both a team and individual environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup and Pivot Tables).
- Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to gauge workflow to allow for reporting efficiency.
- Consistently meets deadlines.
- Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.
- Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.
Nice to Have
- Insurance industry experience is a plus.
