About the Role

Zillow Group is seeking a Senior Strategy Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Customer Success leadership, driving performance optimization, operational excellence, and strategic execution across the Agent solutions portfolio. You'll act as the strategic right-hand to segment and channel leaders, helping them exceed targets through data-driven insights and operational support.

What You'll Do

  • Act as trusted advisor to CSM segment and channel leaders, providing insights, recommendations, and operational support to help them exceed performance targets.
  • Own WBR cadence for aligned segments, driving pipeline management, performance tracking, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Partner with Sales and CSM leadership to design and implement CSM plays that drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, workflow bottlenecks, and productivity barriers and lead cross-functional implementation of operational enhancements.
  • Build performance insights, conduct deep-dive analyses, and deliver strategic insights on CSM metrics, activation, usage, and productivity benchmarks.
  • Provide analytical input and scenario modeling for territory design, headcount planning, and resource allocation decisions.
  • Collaborate with GTM Strategy, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze performance trends, diagnose root causes of gaps, and develop data-backed recommendations to improve CSM productivity and product adoption.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, CSM Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within Enterprise Software or Technology.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and SQL for deep-dive analysis.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and sales analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations to senior leaders and influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Consulting background strongly preferred; strategy consulting experience at top-tier firms is a plus.

Team & Environment

This role is part of the GTM Strategy & Operation team within Zillow's Agent Sales organization and reports to the Director of Sales Strategy.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
  • In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC: $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 annually.
  • In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont: $103,500.00 - $165,300.00 annually.

Work Mode

This is a remote position. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
