TestYantra Software Solutions is looking for a Data Analyst to join an IT product team that supports the end-to-end process for a number of Risk models. You will be central to analyzing data requirements, validating data, and managing the testing lifecycle in a Financial Services context.

What You'll Do

Analyze and document As Is functional process flows.
Analyze SAS and End User Computing systems to determine data usage and validate data via SQL.
Create BRDs and technical specifications for to-be data sets, including specifying transformations, mappings, and integration to other components.
Design and document the to-be process.
Support developers in technical testing to explain functional requirements.
Lead the UAT process ensuring all incidents are resolved.

What We're Looking For

Advanced written and verbal communication skills covering requirements gathering, specifications, user stories, and guides.
Practical, advanced experience carrying out complex data analysis using SQL, including data testing and reconciliation.
Ability to plan and organise your own time within objectives and understand how your work relates to others.
Experience working with end users to plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
Strong attention to detail.
Deep experience working in a Financial Services or Banking organisation with an understanding of Retail, Business, and Corporate Banking.
Exposure to SAS.

Nice to Have

Good understanding of cloud technologies, in particular AWS, and BI tools.
Exposure to sizable transformation programs and data migrations.
A passion for enhancing your knowledge and evidence curiosity in emerging technologies.
