WebPT is looking for a motivated, self-starting Senior Data Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in telling WebPT's growth story by surfacing insights from large, complex datasets.
What You'll Do
- Develop dbt / SQL pipelines to automate accounting workflows, track financial KPIs, and deliver scalable analytical data products.
- Own and maintain WebPT's core financial data products (ARR, Bookings, and Revenue cubes) as the company's financial data subject matter expert.
- Analyze and generate insights from WebPT's ARR, billing, and revenue data.
- Create and update dashboards, visualizations, and ad hoc reports to expose key trends and highlight areas needing attention.
- Write, test, execute, and troubleshoot queries across various data sources.
- Recommend improvements to leadership on data strategy and data architecture.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience writing efficient, production-grade SQL code for complex data pipelines, reporting, and analytics.
- Experience with dbt, or a strong ability to learn and adopt it quickly.
- 3-5 years of proficiency using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience supporting Finance and Accounting teams.
- Experience analyzing and managing large-scale customer, product, and transaction datasets.
- A clear, concise communicator who works well with others and can explain complex datasets to non-technical audiences.
- A curious, investigative mindset driven to understand the "why" behind the data.
- Ability to think critically about analysis results and cross-check them against the broader business context.
Nice to Have
- Experience building agents to automate analytics workflows.
- Experience with Python & Databricks.
- Proficiency with financial systems, including ERPs like Sage Intacct and CRMs like Salesforce.
- Experience in Fintech or healthcare SaaS.
