Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Danish Travel Consultant with Hospitality Experience to provide exceptional travel consultancy services to Danish-speaking clients. You will work remotely from Greece, leveraging your hospitality background to craft memorable travel experiences.
What You'll Do
- Assist Danish-speaking clients with travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide tailored advice on destinations, accommodations, and travel experiences using your hospitality background.
- Create personalized travel itineraries reflecting client preferences.
- Manage customer complaints and concerns promptly with superior customer service.
- Document client interactions and preferences in the CRM system for follow-up.
- Stay updated with travel industry trends and destination highlights.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in travel consultancy, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong passion for travel and solid understanding of global destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to handle customer issues with effective solutions and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment.
