Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Danish Speaking Recruiter for an entry-level role based in Greece. You will learn the full recruitment process from sourcing to interviewing, with comprehensive team support. We provide full training and a paid relocation package to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Source and reach out to potential candidates for various job openings.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Communicate effectively with candidates in Danish through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Work closely with recruitment team members to understand job requirements and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Participate in training sessions to develop recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
- Stay informed about job market trends and recruitment best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken, is essential.
- No prior recruitment experience is required; a sincere desire to learn and grow is encouraged.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates.
- Interest in recruitment processes and the ability to assess candidates' skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and participate in a comprehensive training program.
- Access to a reliable internet connection before relocation.

- Familiarity with social media and online platforms for sourcing candidates.
