Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Danish Speaking Live Chat Gaming Advisor. You will engage with customers in Danish to provide professional gaming support, educate them on games and promotions, and contribute to service improvements through feedback analysis.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Danish-speaking customers through live chat, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Respond to inquiries about gaming accounts, promotions, and gameplay issues with efficiency and empathy.
- Educate customers about new games, features, and current promotional offers.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of services.
- Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and company offerings to offer informed support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable customer service attitude.
- Proficiency in using live chat software and general CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service or gaming support.
- A strong enthusiasm for online gaming and familiarity with different gaming platforms.
