Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to support Danish-speaking users of a prominent online marketplace. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience while working remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries related to the online marketplace via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
- Assist customers with navigating the website and troubleshooting issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions promptly.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on product offerings and marketplace policies.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, accommodating different time zones.
