Requirements
- Fluency in Danish at C1 level or above, along with strong English communication skills at minimum B2 level
- Minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience in customer support roles
- Ability to manage and respond efficiently to high volumes of support tickets
- Demonstrated positive, proactive, and accountable work ethic
- Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and reliable internet connection (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
