SupportYourApp is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to deliver high-quality support for technology clients. You will be the first point of contact, building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. This is a fully remote role.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone
- Support customers with order status, delivery information, and product-related questions
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback
- Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests
- Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team
- Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Danish (C1 level or higher)
- Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)
- At least 6–12 months of support experience
- Comfortable working with high ticket volumes
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce or product-based customer support
