About the Role

SupportYourApp is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to deliver high-quality support for technology clients. You will be the first point of contact, building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. This is a fully remote role.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone
  • Support customers with order status, delivery information, and product-related questions
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback
  • Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests
  • Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team
  • Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Danish (C1 level or higher)
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)
  • At least 6–12 months of support experience
  • Comfortable working with high ticket volumes
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce or product-based customer support
