SupportYourApp is hiring a (Danish & English) Customer Support Consultant (Remote)

As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll provide reliable assistance to international customers through chat, email, and phone. You’ll respond to inquiries about orders, delivery timelines, and product details, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions. Your role is key in fostering positive customer relationships and contributing to continuous service improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries using clear, professional communication in both Danish and English
  • Deliver precise information on order status, shipping updates, and product features
  • Listen to customer needs and share meaningful insights with internal teams
  • Maintain consistent service quality while managing high volumes of support tickets
  • Adapt to shifting demands in a fast-moving environment with scheduled weekend and holiday coverage as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Danish (C1 or higher) and strong written and spoken English (B2 or above)
  • Minimum of 6–12 months in customer support or a related role
  • Ability to work independently with a stable internet connection and personal computer (8GB RAM or more)
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to accountability and service excellence

Preferred Experience

  • Background in e-commerce or direct product support
