Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Danish Customer Advisor to provide exceptional support for NIKON products in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled effectively and professionally.
What You'll Do
- Offer exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding NIKON products and help resolve any related issues.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about NIKON's products, promotions, and features to provide accurate support.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to team development efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
