Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt lesson plans throughout the academic year to support effective instruction
- Adjust teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs of all students
- Keep thorough and up-to-date records of each student's academic progress and development
- Apply evidence-based instructional strategies in daily lesson design and classroom delivery
- Maintain appropriate student conduct and classroom discipline
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning atmosphere
- Use approved curricula that reflect students' varied cultural, linguistic, and educational backgrounds
- Support and uphold established school culture standards and behavioral expectations
- Engage with families to discuss student academic performance and social-emotional development
- Integrate technology into daily instruction to enhance student learning
- Assist in organizing and carrying out non-instructional school activities as required
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school personnel
- Complete additional tasks as directed by school administration

- Must successfully pass federal and state criminal background screenings
- Capable of supervising students across multiple age groups in various school environments such as playgrounds and cafeterias
