Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans, adapting them as needed throughout the academic year
- Adjust teaching methods to support diverse student learning needs
- Keep thorough and up-to-date records of each student's academic progress and development
- Apply evidence-based instructional strategies in planning and teaching
- Oversee and guide student conduct within the classroom setting
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Use approved curricula that reflect students' varied cultural, linguistic, and educational backgrounds
- Support and uphold established school culture standards and behavioral expectations
- Engage with families to discuss student academic performance and social-emotional development
- Integrate technology into daily instruction to enhance student learning
- Assist in organizing and carrying out non-instructional school activities when necessary
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators and staff through clear communication
- Complete additional tasks as directed by school administration
Compensation
This role offers a daily rate of $130. Final pay may vary based on location, qualifications, education, experience, and other relevant factors.
