What You'll Do
Take ownership of building and nurturing Binance’s presence in the DACH region through coordinated online and in-person engagement. You’ll design and run events—ranging from local meetups to virtual workshops—that educate users and strengthen community ties.
Oversee Telegram communities by implementing moderation systems, deploying automation tools, and launching interactive campaigns to maintain active and positive environments. You’ll also explore emerging digital platforms to expand reach and deepen user involvement.
Forge relationships with university groups, blockchain clubs, and local organizations to support Binance Academy programs and broaden regional influence. Support the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteer ambassadors, ensuring consistent communication and performance tracking.
Create and adapt content in both German and English, ensuring messaging is accurate, accessible, and culturally relevant. Monitor social channels and chat groups to guide conversations, resolve inquiries, and uphold community standards.
Collect insights from participants and partners, then share actionable feedback with internal teams to refine strategies and improve user experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in community engagement, event coordination, or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing Telegram groups, using bots, and running engagement campaigns
- Proven track record organizing both physical and virtual events in urban and regional settings
- Experience establishing collaborations with academic institutions and grassroots crypto networks
- Fluent in German and English, with strong writing and editing abilities
- Deep understanding of Binance’s core offerings, including Spot, P2P, Futures, and NFTs
- Skill in crafting clear, compelling content for multilingual audiences
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, or AI bots on Discord and Telegram
- Ability to define success metrics, analyze performance, and guide volunteer contributors
- Self-motivated, goal-focused, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
Work Mode
This role requires presence in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, with flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours to support community activities and business needs.
Technical Environment
Primary tools include Telegram and its bot ecosystem, along with AI platforms like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Notion AI for content, engagement, and workflow automation.
