Responsibilities
- Serve as a knowledge resource for surgical teams by offering expertise and training on the da Vinci Surgical System.
- Conduct technical training sessions for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clinical staff.
- Support clinical sales objectives by assisting in customer engagement activities such as demonstrations and in-services.
- Assist in organizing and executing regional events that promote system awareness and increase procedure volume.
- Manage administrative responsibilities including activity reporting, expense submissions, and completion of required online training.
- Function as a trained medical device consultant to ensure correct handling and use of surgical equipment in compliance with regulations.
Selling Activities
Contribute to the achievement of quarterly sales targets by supporting the Clinical Sales Manager team through customer engagement, product demonstrations, in-service trainings, and OR-based selling efforts.
Customer Support
Under the direction of local sales management, support or coordinate regional sales and marketing initiatives aimed at increasing adoption of the surgical system through demonstrations, in-services, and direct selling activities.
