About the Role

The practitioner will work on a contractual basis, supporting patient access while adhering to clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth platforms
- Diagnose mental health conditions following clinical guidelines
- Develop and adjust medication treatment plans for patients
- Monitor patient progress through scheduled follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Collaborate with care teams to support integrated treatment
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Provide clinical documentation within established timelines
- Respond to patient messages within defined response windows
- Prescribe psychotropic medications within scope of practice
- Assess patient suitability for medication-based interventions
- Educate patients about medication benefits and side effects
- Identify and address potential drug interactions
- Recognize medical emergencies and initiate appropriate referrals
- Support continuity of care during transitions
- Participate in quality assurance reviews
- Engage in ongoing clinical training and updates
