Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Czech Speaking Sales Agent to join their team in Poland, focusing on promoting cloud services to Czech-speaking clients. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets with paid relocation provided.
What You'll Do
- Proactively contact and engage potential Czech-speaking clients to promote cloud service products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored cloud solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their objectives and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate successful service delivery and resolve customer inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate sales records.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Czech language
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or cloud services
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
- Capacity to understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
