Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for government contracting officials on all program and contract-related matters.
- Lead contract governance, risk oversight, workforce planning, and performance execution in line with call order directives.
- Create and maintain contract management plans, integrated master schedules, work breakdown structures, and performance documentation at both BPA and call order levels.
- Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of all contractual and task order deliverables according to specified requirements.
- Manage relationships with government stakeholders across mission areas, OCIO centers, and cybersecurity program offices.
- Supervise and support project managers and technical leads assigned to individual call orders.
- Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity regulations, including RMF, incident response, POA&M tracking, privacy rules, and security tool oversight.
- Lead workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance management for program personnel.
- Produce executive-level reports such as weekly activity summaries, quarterly performance reviews, risk analyses, issue logs, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure operational continuity, including smooth transition-in and transition-out processes.
- Support financial oversight, data reporting, acquisition planning, and portfolio management activities.

Travel
May be required and will be specified in individual call orders.
Training
Must complete all mandatory customer security, privacy, and role-based training.

Must comply with all federal cybersecurity and privacy requirements, including PIV card usage and CUI handling policies.
