Requirements
- Proven track record in Customer Service or Account Management
- Fluency in French, Italian, and English, both written and spoken, for interacting with users and partners.
- Excellent communication skills to inspire and set high standards.
- Experience with CRMs such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys assisting others, building positive relationships, and resolving conflicts with users and partners.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
